Our Approach
Rehabilitation Care Group provides high-quality, compassionate care to patients seeking treatment for alcohol and opioid addiction. Our facilities specialize in “no-judgment,” confidential care in a convenient outpatient setting. Our physicians and professional staff understand that addiction has many faces. We understand the anatomy of addiction and the effects addiction has on the patient and their family. We believe addiction is a disease, much like high blood pressure or diabetes, and medication-assisted treatment – when used appropriately – can decrease the chance for relapse and eliminate withdrawal symptoms.
Every patient treated at Rehabilitation Care Groupis provided an individual treatment plan that addresses the 3 Cs – control, craving and continued use. Our individual treatment plans combine office visits with your physician, group and individual counseling sessions, recovery assessment, and laboratory services to ensure your recovery is managed at every level. Our goal is to help every patient treat the underlying issues contributing to their addiction and get them back to their community.
Patients are scheduled for biweekly appointments for their first month of treatment to ensure proper dosage and allow the patient to provide feedback to their physician about their treatment plan. After the first month, patients can be placed on monthly appointments as long as they are compliant with their treatment program. Patients are also scheduled for monthly visits with our affiliated counselor, Mike McCafferty. These appointments can be scheduled in person or via telemedicine for the patient's convenience.
